The hotel and casino were owned by Imperial Palace LLC until purchased by the current owner, Harrah’s Imperial Palace Corporation a subsidiary of Harrah’s Entertainment.

Hooters Casino Hotel is a hotel casino located off the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, United States. The hotel is owned and operated by 155 East Tropicana, LLC (Florida Hooters, LLC 66.67% & EW Common, LLC 33.33%).

It is located off the Strip next to the Tropicana and across the street from the MGM Grand Las Vegas. The hotel has 696 rooms with a 35,000-square-foot (3,300 m2) casino.

Harrah’s Las Vegas is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The property is owned and operated by Harrah’s Entertainment.

The hotel offers 2,677 rooms with an attached casino providing 86,664 sq ft (8,051.3 m2) of space. The hotel consists of several towers, the tallest of which has 35 stories. The court yard entry houses a Ghirardelli Chocolate Company store.

There is a Las Vegas Monorail stop at the rear of the property, and a free shuttle to the Harrah’s-owned Rio.

The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Paradise, Nevada, is an entertainment resort owned and operated by Morgans Hotel Group and equity partner DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. The property is located on 16.7 acres (68,000 m2) on the corner of Harmon and Paradise Road, inside the Paradise Corridor.

The features of the property include the hotel tower, a 30,000-square-foot (2,800 m2) casino, Tahitian-style beach and swimming pool, a nightclub, five restaurants, three cocktail lounges, several retail stores, a spa, a poker room, and “The Joint”, a music venue.
